SneakerBible Launch Contest - Win Your Grails - Winner Announced
The contest has ended and the winner has been selected. Congratulations to soleaddict for winning! He put in a ton of work and pumped out over 100 pages, so the odds were well in his favor. We've contacted him and are currently discussing whether he will pick some shoes or possibly accept part of his prize in cash. Check out the video to watch the winner be selected and for all details involved.
As for the $100 cash prize, we went through 5 random pages without finding a page with a second editor. There were really very few edits that weren't new page creations, and those that were made were pretty unsubstantial, so we've decided that we aren't going to award that prize and will probably use that money for another contest soon. Thanks to everyone for participating. Look for more contests to come in the future.
To celebrate the launch of SneakerBible, we are giving one lucky user the pair of sneakers of their choice from anywhere online. We are putting a cap on the price at $500, but you can get some pretty nice sneakers for that much coin. To enter the contest, all you have to do is contribute to the site. Just create a page about sneakers, a sneaker company, sneaker designer, or anything else related to the industry, and you will be entered to win the shoes. The more pages you create, the better your odds of winning.
The contest runs from February 24 to March 24.
